1. Cancellation Timeline
Cancellations submitted more than 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in qualify for a full deposit refund, minus a ₹2,500 credit processor fee.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made between 14 to 30 days prior to check-in forfeit the 30% retreat deposit. The remaining balance can be applied as reservation credits for future bookings within 12 months.
3. No Show Policy
Failure to arrive at your scheduled check-in without prior notice results in complete forfeiture of the reservation slot, treatment programs, and payments.
4. Consultation Reschedules
Online diagnostic checkups can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the doctor consult fee.
