By accessing this platform, reserving diagnostic consultation blocks, or visiting the PanchaKarma clinical retreat sanctuary, you accept these terms in full.
2. Services Provided
PanchaKarma provides traditional, physician-supervised Ayurvedic therapies, organic dosha meals, yoga instruction, and constitutional diagnostics.
3. Reservation Deposits
All retreat stays require a 30% deposit to lock room types and physician slots. Full clearance of invoices is required 14 days before arrival.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Ayurvedic clinical diagnostic paths are natural constitutional resets. They complement but do not substitute standard emergency medical therapies or clinical surgeries.
5. Limitation of Liability
PanchaKarma Sanctuary is not liable for outcomes arising from non-disclosure of critical cardiovascular, orthopedic, or pharmaceutical histories during intake checks.
6. Governing Law
These terms and agreements are governed by the courts and clinical guidelines of the state of Kerala, India.
